San Patricio County Public Health Department (SPCPHD) has been approved as a COVID-19 vaccine provider. We want to thank JM Lozano’s Office for reaching out to the Texas Department of State Health Services. As a provider, SPCPHD will now be eligible to receive COVID-19 vaccine allocations in the future.
To receive current information released by Texas Department of State Health Services, please visit their webpage on COVID-19 Vaccine Information at https://dshs.texas.gov/coronavirus/immunize/vaccine.aspx. This page has information on the Accessible List of Vaccine Providers and the weekly Vaccine Allocation list that is updated each
weekend.
Please remember do not show up at a hospital or clinic looking for vaccine. Instead please check their website for
information about vaccine availability. The State also ask that you call only if the vaccine provider’s website does not answer your questions. Although vaccine hubs aim to provide more vaccines quicker and easier, Texas vaccine supply is limited (with more arriving every week) and it will take time to vaccinate all.
